E-learning journey begins!

Today has opened up so many possiblities. Now I need many many hours to play with the potentials, to figure how to use them. already I can see that there will be technological challenges - such as poor internet availabilty, equipment etc.
It will be really good to explore the potential opportunities. I am thinking especially of the clinical environment where there won't be any technology except cellphones.
It will be interesting to see how students react as well. They are not always as willing as we think they will be.
